Welcome to Hyper. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services at Hyper Casino, operated by L&L Europe Ltd, a company registered in Malta under company number C53706, with its registered address at Northfields App 7, Vjal Indipendenza, Mosta MST9026, Malta. About Our License and Regulation

We operate under a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2C/211/2011). One Account Policy

You may only hold one account with us. We do not permit multiple accounts per person, family, household, address, payment card, email address, or IP address. If we detect attempts to open multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any related bonuses or winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We impose a daily withdrawal limit of £/$/€5,000. A 5% processing fee applies where a withdrawal is requested without any gameplay having occurred on the account. Progressive jackpot wins exceeding £50,000 may take up to 30 working days to process. For players who have never deposited, free-spin winnings are capped at £100, and any amount exceeding this cap will be removed from the balance.

Processing Times

We process withdrawal requests submitted before 06:00 on the same day, Monday to Friday. Requests submitted after this time are processed the next working day.
